Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the administration of day-to-day operations, provide a superior HR-related customer service to G&A's premier client and their employees. This person will be responsible for compliance on human resources activity. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of, and be able to efficiently provide, HR transactional services such as leave management, HR Technology questions, and assist with benefit administration. The candidate must also be efficient and experienced in the implementation, utilization and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS), enter, audit and maintain highly confidential employee data, pull reports and complete processes in HRIS and multiple other systems The HR Coordinator will work closely with HR team members and support team to provide a superior HR-related customer service support to G&A's client and their employees. Must have strong communication skills and be motivated by team success, with the ability to function in a dynamic and highly productive environment. In this key role the individual must also develop and maintain effective relationships and provide leadership with internal and external clients.'
